Our set dinner menus consist of 3 courses. Please choose one of the following starters, main courses and desserts.These choices are a guide to what is on offer, if your requirements differ please inform us and we can tailor our choices to suit your needs.
Classic Italian Minestrone -Served with a parmesan croute.
Roasted Cherry Tomato - Served with a gruyere crouton.
French Onion Soup - Parsley croutons.
Cullen Skink - A classic smoked haddock and potato soup.
King Prawn Broth - Coriander, lemon grass, fish sauce & lime.
Ham Hock Terrine - Shredded hock of ham, pressed with spring onions and served with a sharp homemade picallili.
Ballotine of Chicken - A tarragon and cream chicken mousse served with our own inhouse red onion marmalade.
Roquefort Panna Cotta - A savoury set cream, flavoured with a strong roquefort cheese, with a grain mustard dressing.
Chicken Satay - Served with pressed onion and rice cubes, peanut sauce.
Lentil & Thyme Pate - Seved with toasted brioche.
Inhouse Cured Beetroot Gravdlax - Sides of salmon with a dill, beetroot and vodka cure.
Pan Fried Chicken with a leek & Thyme Farce - Served with a natural creamed jus.
Roasted Chicken Supreme, Prosciutto - Served with a tomato jus, vegetable tian.
Braised Rump Steak - Spring onion mash, horseradish jus.
Minted Lamb Rump - Parsnip Dauphinoise & Green cabbage.
Pan Seared Sea Bass Fillets - Served on a bed of spinach, cannellini bean & chorizo casserole.
Garden Risotto - Peas & broadbeans.
Pancakes of Refried Beans - Tomato Sambal
Cauliflower Fritters - Braised fennel, parmesan & white wine sauce.
